Fullmoon Cacao Ritual

I invite you to join me for a sacred Cacao Ritual on the evening of the full moon on Sunday May 11th - a powerful time to release, reflect, and realign under the lunar magic. We'll gather in ceremony to connect with the spirit of cacao, using our voices to open the space and call in our intentions. Through meditation, journaling, and heartful presence, we'll soften into deeper connection - with ourselves, each other, and the moment. Cacao is a gentle yet powerful heart medicine. It opens us energetically to clarity, compassion, and awareness - while also offering physical nourishment such as boosting circulation, uplifting the mood, enhancing focus and creativity, and supporting the nervous system with magnesium and antioxidants. This ritual is also an invitation into community - to be witnessed, held, and supported. Together, we remember that we don't have to walk the path alone. We'll close our journey with a soothing sound journey, allowing the vibrations to integrate and ground everything we've opened. This space is a portal for release, alignment, and shared presence.
